REYN Machine Architecture
We design CNC systems around your parts, process, and production goals—not the limits of a catalog.
Start with the work
Start with your operation. We’ll work through what the system needs to do.
If a simpler or different solution is right for the work, we’ll tell you.
Your application, materials, tolerances, and operations. What does the finished part need to do?
Required throughput, labor, workholding, and material handling—and how controls, automation, and software fit your process.
Floor space, utilities, budget, and schedule. Where will future parts, volumes, or processes require flexibility?
The REYN Standard
Through discovery, planning, engineering, and proof, we work to reduce uncertainty about production, integration, and readiness before the machine reaches your floor.
We define the scope, resolve technical questions, and test the agreed application. If a commitment is at risk, you hear it early.
What you can expect from REYNFrom first conversation through ownership
Know what’s decided, what’s being checked, and what comes next.
Understand the application, production goals, and constraints. Make assumptions visible.
Resolve structure, controls, software, safety, and handling as one system.
Keep engineering and assembly connected, with clear progress and change communication.
Test the agreed application, correct issues, and verify readiness before shipment.
Commission the system, train your team, and demonstrate the agreed work.
Stay accessible for service, parts, training, and process improvements.
What we learn in support returns to discovery and engineering.

Before shipment
Agree the work and how it will be checked. Record test results, correct issues, and verify the corrections.
The people responsible review the evidence and sign off. You should understand what was tested and what the results mean.
Throughout ownership
For a stopped machine, a new operator, or a process ready for improvement, the relationship continues after installation.
We agree the service scope and next action with you.

About REYN
The equipment you buy becomes part of somebody’s working day. They set it up, run the parts, check the work, and depend on it for the next job. We are building REYN with those people in mind.
Why REYN
Manufacturers need a machine that suits the part and a team that understands how to put it to work. That means considering the structure, motion, tooling, workholding, controls, and software together.
We are building REYN in Grandville, Michigan, drawing on more than two decades of CNC experience: selling, installing, servicing, troubleshooting, and helping engineer systems. That experience informs the engineering, assembly, integration, software, and service we bring to your application.
Our aim is to make the choices clear: what the machine needs to do, how the equipment fits together, and what it will take to run and maintain it. The service team is part of that work, from installation and training to troubleshooting and upgrades.
Explore the machine seriesThe REYN Standard
These eight principles guide our decisions and what you can expect from the team.
Understand the application, people, software, handling, and constraints before proposing a machine.
Use engineering, research, experience, and testing to find the right solution.
Recommend a simpler or different answer when it serves the work better.
Make uncertainties and risks clear while there is time to act.
Set scope, responsibilities, schedule, and budget before committing resources.
Test the application, correct issues, and verify readiness before shipment.
Commission, train, and demonstrate the agreed work. Keep ownership of open items clear.
Stay accessible for parts, service, training, maintenance, and process questions.
The people behind the equipment
Installation, alignment, commissioning, programming support, and instruction for operators and maintenance staff. The equipment and the people using it both need attention.
A symptom can involve the mechanics, controls, tooling, or program. Our team brings those disciplines to remote troubleshooting and on-site service.
Maintenance findings, parts needs, a control retrofit, or a change in the parts you make. We help you understand the equipment and plan the next work.

Bring a drawing, a production requirement, or a question about your existing equipment.
Service & support
A new operator needs training. A part comes off differently than expected. A machine stops in the middle of a job. You need someone who can work through the problem with your team.
Our Grandville-based service team works across mechanics, electrical systems, controls, and programming. We help with installation and commissioning, remote troubleshooting, on-site service, maintenance, and upgrades.
What we do
Contact us with your machine model and requirements so we can confirm the appropriate service scope.
Remote troubleshooting and on-site service for mechanical, electrical, control, and software issues.
Scheduled inspections, alignment checks, adjustments, wear-part replacement, and written findings to help plan the next service.
Linear and volumetric calibration, laser alignment, ball-bar testing, and spindle checks to evaluate machine geometry.
Control-system upgrades, servo and spindle replacement, mechanical and electrical retrofits, and automation improvements.
Machine setup, integration, alignment, calibration, and on-site instruction for operators and maintenance staff.
Hands-on operator and technician training, programming and post-processor support, and machine-specific documentation.

Process reviews, cycle-time improvement, fixturing, material handling, and CAD/CAM workflow assistance.
Getting help
You don’t need to diagnose the problem before you call. A few details will help us understand the machine and the production impact.
For a planned visit, let us know your available downtime and the work you want addressed.
Plan ahead
Service is also a chance to understand the equipment’s condition and decide what to address next. Talk with us about a maintenance visit, a control retrofit, operator training, or a change in your machining process.
